Peritoneal Dialysis Medications

1. Navigate to Peritoneal Dialysis> Treatment> PD Billing. Users need to select CAPD or CCPD for the respective treatment date along with ICD code.

2. Now fill in Height and Weight.

3. Click on Save.

4. Add Meds hyperlink will be activated.

5. Click on Add Meds

6. All required meds and vaccines to be documented on the new PD Billing screen.

7. Click on Save once all entries are done.

Home Hemodialysis> HHD Billing

1. Home Hemodialysis> Treatment> HHD Billing. Users need to select Conventional HHD, Daily HHD or Nocturnal HHD for the respective treatment date along with Access and ICD code.

2. Now fill in Hight and Weight.

3. Click on Save.

4. Add Meds hyperlink will be activated.

5. Click on Add Meds

6. All required meds and vaccines to be documented on the new HHD Billing screen.

7. Click on Save once all entries are done.
