Machine Checks

1. Once Flowsheet is open, in the Station field, open the dropdown list and select the STATION number.

2. Fill out the Machine Checks and Dialysis Prescription of the Flowsheet. This saves time when the patient arrives for their treatment.

Sections that can be filled out prior to the patient's arrival:

Machine Number

Conductivity (Machine)

Temperature (Machine)

Conductivity (Meter)

pH value

The 4 Questions pertaining to the Machine Test Click the RED checkbox (Pass All). The staff will have a window appear. Enter your Password /PIN number and click OK. All 4 boxes will populate with your name.

3. Click Save.
