End of Treatment Disposition QRG

Disposition

1. While in the patient's flowsheet, open the dropdown list and mark the appropriate place the patient is being discharged to. Going Home, Returning to Nursing Home, etc.

** If the patient is going to ER the Reason box will open, and a selection is required.

*** If the patient is signing off early and an AMA form is obtained, be sure to mark this discharge as AMA. The AMA form will be scanned into the EMR and linked to this Flowsheet. (See AMA QRG)

Once correct option is selected click Save to save the information.
