Use the following QRG to assist users in updating Sodium and UF profiles in Clarity.

Adding in Sodium and UF Profiles

1. Go to Treatments > Sodium & UF Profiles.

2. Click Add New to create a new profile or click into an existing profile to update it.

3. Fill out form.

4. Click Add/Submit.

Associating Sodium and UF Profiles

Both the Sodium Profile and the UF Profile can be associated to a patient's hemodialysis prescription.

1. Click Treatments > Dialysis Prescription > Hemodialysis.

2. Select a Patient.

3. Click either Add New to enter a new prescription, or the Start Date to edit an existing prescription.

- Dialysis Prescription (Patient Report)

- Hemodialysis Treatment Information (Patient Report)

- Patient Summary (Patient Report)

- Hemodialysis Setup Information (Clinic Report)
