To archive a claim, first, navigate to Billing and then select Claim Processing. Next, update the search criteria to locate the specific claim you need to archive. Once you've found the claim, click the View button to see the claim details. On the right side of the screen, you'll see a checkbox; select this checkbox for the claim you wish to archive. 3. Scheduling a Billing Run

To pull a single patient's charges from Clarity, you must first open the charges for rebilling. This allows a billing charge file to be run. Navigate to Maintenance, then Facility Billing, and select Open Treatment for Rebill. Fill out the required fields, including Run Name, Run Time (click Run Now), Run Date (today's date), Patient (select the patient), and Date Range. Set the Output Type to FTP and check Separate billing file by clinic. Click Submit to initiate the process. Note that it will take some time to generate. The status will appear at the bottom of the screen under Current Jobs. The Current Jobs section will update as the file generates. When the job is completed, it will move to Completed Jobs, which will indicate the number of files generated based on the treatments processed. The completed file will appear in Billing Manager automatically 30 minutes after the job is completed.
